3. Products, Pricing & Custom Printing Orders

All product descriptions, images, and prices on infoseedling.com are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing are error-free. For our Custom Printing services, orders are considered final once artwork is approved by the customer; we are not liable for errors in customer-supplied designs, text, or logos. Gift sets and collections shown on Gift Sets and Collections pages are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value.

Payment must be received in full before order processing begins. We accept major payment methods displayed at checkout. All sales are subject to our order confirmation and applicable shipping policies communicated at time of purchase.

4. Workshops & Events

Registration for any session listed on our Workshops page confirms your spot subject to availability. Cancellations, rescheduling, or refund eligibility will follow the specific policy stated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case affected participants will be notified and offered a refund or alternative date.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, brand materials featured on our Brands page, and workshop curricula — is the property of infoseedling.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Custom designs submitted for printing remain the intellectual property of the submitting customer, who warrants they hold the necessary rights to use such designs.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Submit custom printing content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or user data
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or misuse promotional offers
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website or Services
• Scrape, copy, or resell our content or product catalog without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability
