A small paper-loving team on a mission to make everyday writing beautiful again.
Infoseedling started in a small Brooklyn apartment in 2016, where our founder — a former graphic designer — grew frustrated by how difficult it was to find stationery that felt personal, sustainable, and genuinely well-made. What began as a hobby of curating hand-bound notebooks for friends quickly grew into a full-fledged stationery studio serving customers across the United States.
Today, our team works out of a sunlit studio in New York City, where we design, source, and hand-check every notebook, planner, and pen set that leaves our shelves. We believe stationery is more than a tool — it's a companion for ideas, memories, and everyday rituals, a philosophy shared by organizations like the Wikipedia entry on stationery which traces the craft back centuries.
We're proud to be a small business rooted in New York's creative community, and even prouder of the thousands of desks, journals, and gift boxes we've helped fill with intention.
Every product we make is guided by three simple commitments: thoughtful design, responsible sourcing, and honest craftsmanship.
Every notebook cover, planner layout, and pen grip is tested by our in-house designers before it ever reaches a customer's desk.
We prioritize FSC-certified paper and recycled materials, following sustainability guidance from groups like the U.S. EPA's recycling resources.
From binding to boxing, our small New York team hand-checks every order before it ships, ensuring quality you can feel.
Our team of designers, buyers, and customer care specialists is based right here in New York City. We work closely with independent paper mills, ribbon makers, and printers across the country to bring you collections you won't find in big-box stores.
We also partner with local artists for limited-edition cover art and host seasonal workshops for our neighbors in the city — because we believe stationery is best celebrated in community, not just in a cart.
